We are seeking a motivated and energetic Driving Instructor to lead aspiring drivers through comprehensive training programs. In this role, you will deliver engaging instruction behind the wheel, helping students of all ages and skill levels achieve their driving goals. Duties Conduct personalized driving lessons for students in standard passenger cars and off-road environments, emphasizing safe driving techniques and traffic regulations Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills and confidence Maintain detailed records of each lesson, student performance, and progress reports in compliance with licensing standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their learning needs and tailor instruction accordingly Stay updated on current traffic laws, safety standards, and instructional best practices to ensure high-quality training Requirements Proven experience as a driving instructor with a strong understanding of diverse driving environments and techniques Proficiency in operating standard passenger vehicles, motorcycles, manual transmissions, and off-road vehicles Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, highway maneuvers, defensive driving strategies, and adverse weather driving techniques Experience working with special needs drivers or teen drivers is a plus Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and build rapport with students Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; additional certifications in motorcycle operation or driver rehabilitation are advantageous Commitment to promoting traffic safety awareness through engaging teaching methods Join us as a Driving Instructor to inspire safe driving habits while shaping confident drivers for the future!
