Job Description

At Jason's Place, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for supporting adults with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence, community inclusion, employment readiness, and lifelong learning. This position combines person-centered supports with educational instruction, technology integration, and meaningful community experiences to help individuals reach their personal goals. The DSP serves as an instructor, mentor, coach, and advocate while promoting dignity, choice, and self-determination in accordance with Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) regulations.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.50 per hour
