Teaching Full Job Description Position Summary:
We're looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Hitting Instructor to join our team. This coach will work hands-on with baseball athletes of all ages, providing individualized training sessions. The ideal candidate is passionate about hitting development, confident with video and swing analysis tools, and motivated to help athletes grow both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct private and group hitting lessons for athletes ranging from youth to college level Utilize technology (e.g. Blast Motion, Rapsodo, HitTrax, video breakdown) to analyze and improve performance Build and maintain strong relationships with players and families Develop individualized development plans based on player goals and ability Assist with in-house hitting clinics, camps, and team training sessions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment Stay current with modern hitting trends, biomechanics, and data-driven coaching strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
Playing experience at the college or professional level Coaching experience at the travel, high school, or collegiate level Strong knowledge of hitting mechanics, sequencing, and swing development Experience with hitting tech platforms (Blast, Rapsodo, HitTrax, etc.) Excellent communication, leadership, and teaching skills Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
