If you're passionate about working with children and enjoy making a positive impact every day, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule
    Monday-Friday:
    1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
    • Must be available to work full-day shifts during school breaks and closures, including but not limited to:
    • Christmas Break
    • Spring Break
    • Teacher In-Service Days
    • Weather Closures
    • Other scheduled school holidays and breaks Position Responsibilities
    • Safely transport children to and from local schools using the center's bus.
    • Provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing after-school environment.
    • Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities, homework assistance, games, and enrichment opportunities.
    • Maintain active supervision of children at all times.
    • Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
    • Follow all licensing, safety, and program policies. Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Experience working with children in a childcare center, school, camp, or similar setting.
    • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
    • Must be able to pass all required background checks and meet Ohio childcare employment requirements. Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience driving a school bus or passenger van
    • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Strong communication and classroom management skills. What We Offer
