Passenger Transportation Driver

ACE Wellness Center is hiring a Part-Time Transportation Driver to safely transport children, youth, and adults participating in mental health services. This role supports daily transportation to and from school, home, and ACE Wellness Center facilities. This position is ideal for applicants seeking consistent weekday hours, paid training, and meaningful community-based work. Key Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from school, home, and ACE Wellness Center Follow assigned morning and afternoon routes on time Maintain a clean, safe, and mechanically sound vehicle Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations Supervise passengers and ensure a safe riding environment Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed Provide appropriate behavioral redirection to maintain safety Attend required safety trainings and staff meetings Communicate schedule updates or concerns with staff Required Qualifications Clean driving record (no traffic citations in the past 5 years) No at-fault accidents in the last 5 years 1+ year of passenger or school bus driving experience Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Ability to sit for extended periods Comfortable working with youth and adults in a mental health setting Pay & Benefits Hourly pay: $17.00 - $20.00 Paid training Consistent weekday schedule Supportive mental health team Meaningful, community-focused work
