Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate behind the wheel Driving Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. Your primary goal will be to instill confidence in new drivers while ensuring they develop the necessary skills to become responsible and safe drivers. This position requires excellent communication. Duties Conduct behind the wheel driving lessons for students of various skill levels. Educate students on traffic laws, road signs, and safe driving techniques. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their driving abilities. Communicate clearly with students and their guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance evaluations. Stay updated on state regulations and best practices in driver education. Experience Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Must have held license for 5 years.
