Job Overview We're seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team! The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students develop their driving skills in a safe, confident, and effective manner. This role involves instructing both teens and adults in classroom settings as well as providing behind-the-wheel training. The Driving Instructor plays a key role in preparing students for their driving tests and ensuring they fully understand the rules of the road. Responsibilities Conduct engaging classroom sessions on traffic laws, safe driving practices, and defensive driving techniques. Provide hands-on, behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students in a variety of road and weather conditions. Develop lesson plans that meet the needs and skill levels of individual students.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill improvement. Maintain proper classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment. Ensure all instructional vehicles are kept in safe and clean operating condition. Qualifications Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, supportive atmosphere. Background in adult education is a plus. Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.

Ability to tailor teaching methods to different learning styles .Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
