"Getting Them There With Care!" We are hiring part-time School Transportation Drivers for afternoon routes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a consistent, stable schedule without early mornings. Position Overview As a Mini Bus Driver (No CDL Required for Smaller Vehicles), you will safely transport students from school to approved drop-off locations while maintaining a calm, structured, and positive atmosphere on the vehicle. This role can grow into full-time as our transportation routes continue to expand. Key Responsibilities Safely transport children from school to designated locations Ensure all children are properly buckled in seatbelts Maintain a safe, calm, and orderly environment during transport Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately Communicate professionally with parents, schools, programs and staff Qualifications 21 years of age or older Valid Ohio Driver's License No CDL required for most routes (CDL is a plus but not mandatory) Clean driving record with no major violations Ability to pass Physical exam Drug screening Background check At least 1 year of professional driving experience (child/youth experience preferred) Willing to obtain/maintain required training First Aid Child & Adult CPR Child Abuse Prevention/Recognition Dependable, patient, and committed to safety at all times What We Offer Starting pay $17-$19/hr, based on experience Consistent afternoon schedule (no early mornings!)
