The Health Hub plans to launch in November — and we have a lot of work to do. We are looking for a full-time Studio Manager to help open and grow our Pilates studio. Position Overview We are seeking a certified Pilates instructor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Pilates studio. This is a hands-on role that combines teaching, scheduling, client experience, and growing the studio. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Pilates studio Create and maintain class schedules Teach classes as needed Build and retain clientele Deliver a high-quality, welcoming experience for all clients Work closely with ownership on studio goals and performance Drive class fill rates and membership growth Requirements Reformer and Mat Pilates certification required Experience teaching group classes Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and client-focused Comfortable working with a mixed client base, including older adults and restorative clients Compensation Full-time position with a base salary of $38,000-$45,000 per year, plus performance bonuses tied to class fill rates and studio growth. Total earning potential approximately $44,000-$55,000. Flexible schedule, complimentary classes, and support for continuing education included.
