Full Job Description Lead & Support Positions Available Organization:

Homestead, PA Schedule:
Part-Time | Approximately 18 hours/week | Tuesday-Friday, 3:30 PM-8:00
PM Program:
Learning Beyond Boundaries (LBB) Join Our Team! Dragon's Den is seeking passionate educators and youth development professionals to join our Learning Beyond Boundaries (LBB) program serving teens ages 13-18. We are currently hiring for two different teaching roles :
Lead Teacher Pay:
$20/hour Lead Teachers plan and facilitate engaging lessons focused on: Academic support College and career readiness Workforce development Leadership development
SAT/PSAT
preparation Team-building and enrichment activities Lead Teachers supervise programming, mentor teens, collaborate with support staff, and help create a structured, positive learning environment.
Support Teacher Pay:
$18/hour Support Teachers work alongside the Lead Teacher by: Assisting with instruction and small groups Providing one-on-one support for participants Helping with resumes, job readiness, and leadership activities Supervising youth during on-site and off-site programming Reinforcing positive behavior and program expectations This position is ideal for individuals beginning a career in education, youth development, social work, recreation, or mentoring.
We're Looking For People Who:
Enjoy working with teens Build positive relationships while maintaining structure Have experience in education, after-school programs, camps, mentoring, coaching, or youth development Are dependable, organized, and enthusiastic Can work Tuesday-Friday from 3:30 PM-8:00 PM Required Qualifications Experience working with youth in educational, recreational, mentoring, or community settings Ability to communicate effectively with teens and families Basic computer skills Ability to complete all required PA clearances and mandated training Reliable transportation (valid driver's license preferred for Lead Teacher applicants) Why Dragon's Den?
