A Lead Instructor takes the reins and is a leader of Serious Fun during our regularly scheduled classes. What we expect from you… Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. We provide a mix of learning from our unique training program along with hands-on training (all of which is paid). Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We strive to have families feel special each and every week (sometimes a smile goes a long way!) Create a warm and fun environment for the children each class. Treat each class and each child as if it's their first day - EVERY WEEK! Grow skills with children - we are gymnastics based AND we are focused on their social, emotional and cognitive development too! Shifts are mostly available for evening and weekend hours. You'd fit in here if… You love having fun, encouraging kids and giving High-5's! (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well) You live to serve!
