CDL Instructor - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Cultural Technical Institute (CTI) is seeking a dependable and experienced Bilingual CDL Instructor to provide hands-on training to students preparing for their Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Pay:

$17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

El Paso, TX Responsibilities:

Teach CDL Pre-Trip Inspection Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction Train students on manual and automatic transmission commercial vehicles Teach backing and maneuvering skills Prepare students for all portions of the CDL Skills Test Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback Reinforce safe driving practices and proper vehicle operation Maintain a professional, organized, and safe training environment

Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) 100% bilingual in English and Spanish Experience driving manual and automatic transmission commercial vehicles Strong knowledge of CDL Pre-Trip Inspection and driving procedures Excellent communication and teaching skills Patient, dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work effectively with students at different skill levels Previous CDL training or instructor experience preferred Why Join CTI?
