Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves engaging with children, and implementing effective teaching strategies to support their development and learning. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support students' educational journeys. Provide early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support in their learning. Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote overall health and wellness. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques. Previous experience in behavior management and early intervention strategies is a plus. Ability to create engaging physical education activities for young learners.
