Overview We are seeking energetic, compassionate, and responsible individuals to join our team as After-school Teachers and Bus Drivers. This dynamic role combines engaging educational activities with safe transportation services, ensuring children's well-being and development in a supportive setting. Ideal candidates will be passionate about working with children, possess strong supervision skills, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and positive youth development. Duties Supervise children during after-school hours, facilitating age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to create a positive environment Ensure the safety of children through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols including first aid procedures Operate school buses safely, following all traffic laws and safety guidelines during pick-up and drop-off routes Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any mechanical issues promptly Assist with outdoor activities, camp experiences, or youth group events to foster outdoor work experience and team leadership skills Implement youth development programs that support childhood development and encourage positive engagement Experience Prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings is highly preferred Demonstrated classroom management skills and experience in behavior management strategies Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating school buses or large vehicles is a plus Certification in CPR, First Aid, AED operation, and First Aid protocols required; ongoing training provided if necessary Experience working with special education needs or in youth group activity facilitation is advantageous Ability to handle outdoor work environments comfortably and responsibly Strong team leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families Join us in making a meaningful difference in children's lives through engaging education and safe transportation!
