Driving Instructor Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about educating individuals on safe driving practices. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a crucial role in teaching students how to drive safely and confidently.Responsibilities:
- Educate students on the rules of the road and safe driving practices
- Provide behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying skill levels
- Demonstrate proper driving techniques and maneuvers
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment in the classroom and in the vehicle
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Ensure a high standard of safety during driving lessons
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in an educational or training capacity
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey driving concepts to students
- Experience in adult education is a plus
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification as a Driving Instructor preferred but not required
- Patience and empathy when working with students of all skill levels
