We seek motivated, committed, and passionate individuals to guide kids in discovery. You must be able to adapt, learn, and, most importantly, engage kids ages 3-10. You must have a passion for creativity, thoughtfulness, entertaining children, and delivering exceptional service.

THIS IS A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT

from 10/05/2026-10/09/2026 from 8:30 A.M.- 3:00 P.M. Please note that payout for this assignment would be Friday, October 23rd, 2026. If it's a good fit, the candidate would have another opportunity to work with us. This position is for someone who has experience working with children ages 5-12 (school teacher, child care teacher, afterschool teacher, etc- someone who can follow and implement curriculum and have strong classroom management skills)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Instructors are responsible for teaching IDEA Lab Kids STEAM-based curriculum- elementary to follow. Will be given; instructions do not have to be created on their own.
• Responsible for emergency procedures (as needed).
• Responsible for helping to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Responsible for building strong and positive relationships with children

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
