In this role, you will deliver engaging and comprehensive driving lessons, guiding students through the skills needed to become confident, safe drivers. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire learners at all levels, helping them achieve their driving goals while ensuring they understand safety protocols and traffic laws. Duties Must be available on Saturdays, Evenings (4:30 pm - 8:00 pm), School Holidays, Spring Break and Summer Break Conduct structured driving lessons for students of varying experience levels, emphasizing safe driving techniques and traffic regulations Assess each student's progress and tailor instruction to meet their individual learning needs Provide clear, constructive feedback to help students improve their driving skills and confidence Maintain a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior during theory sessions when applicable Prepare students for practical driving tests by reviewing skills, rules, and test procedures Keep detailed records of each student's progress, attendance, and performance in compliance with licensing requirements Ensure all lessons are delivered in accordance with state laws, safety standards, and company policies Experience Proven experience in driving with a minimum of 10+ years, a valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record Previous teaching or classroom management experience is highly desirable Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and safety information to diverse learners Experience working with students or in adult education settings is preferred Ability to maintain professionalism while fostering an encouraging environment for learners Knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and vehicle operation standards Join us to make a positive impact on future drivers' lives!
