  • $25 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Driver's License Driving Working with students Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. This role requires a passion for teaching and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of learners, including both teenagers and adults. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the driving skills and safety awareness of your students. Duties Conduct classroom sessions to educate students on driving theory, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices. Provide hands-on driving instruction in various settings, ensuring students gain practical experience behind the wheel. Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills. Stay updated on state driving laws, regulations, and best practices in driver education. Skills Experience working with High School or College students. Strong ability to educate and convey complex information in an understandable manner. Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain an engaging learning atmosphere. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with students and facilitate effective learning experiences.
Requirements:
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Certification as a Driving Instructor preferred but not required. We will get you Certified from the State of Texas.
  • Patience and empathy when working with students of all skill levels
