Job DescriptionMaintenance Technicians are responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment located in the lab. Principal duties and responsibilities include:

Performing Preventative Maintenance on all equipment, maintaining PM checklistsHandling work orders to resolve machine issues and minimize production down timeServicing and maintaining Edgers, Generators and BlockersCleaning, changing parts, performing checks, calibratingIdentifying issues and performing repairsAssisting with installations, fabrications, servicing of other equipment and systems in the labFollowing all safety measures, "Lock out / Tag out" procedures and utilizing PPE if requiredQualificationsNo specific education required1 year previous experience in industrial maintenance (electro/mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, servo drives, HVAC, etc.)Experience in manufacturing desired, optical industry knowledge a plus but not requiredMust be able to read and write EnglishAdditional InformationNational Vision offers a competitive benefits package.
