What You'll Do Teach students safe and defensive driving skills, both in the car and in the classroom. Administer lessons, evaluate performance, and celebrate milestones. Handle occasional office tasks and communicate with families and teammates. Minimum Requirements At least 21 years old with 5+ years of licensed driving experience. Valid WA driver's license and clean driving record (no suspensions in the past 2 years). High school diploma or GED. Able to pass a state and federal background check. Strong communication, patience, and professionalism. Bonus Qualifications Experience working with teens or in a teaching/coaching role. Public speaking or presentation experience. A passion for education and helping others succeed. Spanish fluency Training & Pay We pay for everything: training, licensing, applications, and fingerprinting. Paid training (minimum 100 hours) at WA State minimum wage. Once licensed, pay increases to $21+/hour — plus: $500 bonus after 90 days as a licensed instructor. + $2/hour after becoming a certified examiner (about 6 months in). + $5/hour for private lessons.

Typical Schedule Weekdays:

Afternoons and evenings (1-8 PM)

Saturdays:

2 per month, 9 AM-2

PM Sundays:
