Instructional departments assess the need for additional adjunct faculty on a semester-to-semester basis, review application materials as positions become available, and contact qualified candidates accordingly. Please see our Employment Opportunities for known areas of specific need for adjunct faculty, if any. Successful candidates may be expected to teach a variety of courses in the discipline as assigned. Requirements Master's degree in the subject taught is typically required for academic courses Appropriate work experience and educational background is required for technology courses
AVAILABILITY TO BE PRESENT ON CAMPUS AS NEEDED
Desired Qualifications Successful teaching experience, especially at the college level Adjunct faculty shall be compensated per Equated Contact Hours (ECH) of instruction. The current rate of compensation per ECH for new Adjunct Faculty is $1,011. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
