An Economics Professor teaches foundational economics ideas, truths, and methods to students through a combination of classroom instruction and assignments at colleges, trade schools or other institutes. May assist or lead in the creation of the economics curriculum to be taught. In addition to instruction, they may assist or lead in research initiatives relating to their field.

Successful participation in extramurally funded research and scholarly publication relevant to health disparities Required License/Registration/Certification NA Job Summary The Markey Cancer Center and the Division of Hematology and Blood & Marrow Transplantation is seeking an Associate Professor or Professor to contribute to the Center's research capacity in population science and health disparities. This position will conduct and disseminate research on topics relevant to areas of expertise. The service component will consist of assistance to organizations at the local, state, and national levels as well as membership on college and university committees. The primary responsibilities of this position will align with the missions of research, teaching, and service of the Markey Cancer Center and University.
