Academic Affairs, Business and Administrative Affairs, Education Adjunct Faculty•Economics Instructor Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) Advancing Economic Literacy, Guiding Career Readiness, Supporting Student Success Part-time faculty members are responsible for teaching courses as assigned and promotion of a collegial atmosphere. Faculty are expected to support the institution's mission and vision and abide by the Faculty Handbook and college-wide policies. Faculty report directly to the department chair within their respective departments and divisions. Key Responsibilities The Department of Business seeks adjunct instructors to teach Economics courses. Adjunct instructors are hired by the department, the Division of Business and Law, and Baton Rouge Community College on a term-by-term basis as needed. Minimum Qualifications Education Master's degree in Economics or related field, or master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Economics or related field.
