Job Description

Adjunct applications welcomed to teach in key disciplines, including 100-200 level courses in computer information systems, business, Criminal Justice, interdisciplinary studies, general education, psychology, and public speaking, at a joint base campus location in Burlington County, New Jersey.

This is a part-Time, per-class position appointed on a per-semester basis.
Essential Functions:
Teach 3 to 9 credits per semester of undergraduate or graduate level courses.

Follow departmental syllabi and outlines.

Teach in 7 week hybrid format (both in person 50% weekly and online 50% weekly) at Burlington County location from 3 pm on. Create all online course materials in accordance with university policy.

Manage an online grading system and submit grades in a timely fashion in the LMS (Blackboard Ultra).Participate in required university orientations for the cohort site.

Integrate the core values of respect, compassion, integrity, justice, and service in all aspects of interaction.

Abide by all relevant university and/or department procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in appropriate field required; doctorate preferred. Demonstrated successful teaching experience at the college/university level. Ability to teach in non-traditional formats and settings.

Experience using education software programs, such as Blackboard.

Competence in teaching in multiple modalities.

Flexibility with student needs.

High level of sensitivity. Required university orientation.
Salary Details:
