Job Description
Student Assistant

What You'll Do:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Work with spreadsheets and databases
- Perform general office procedures
- Help create photo/video content for alumni engagement and social media

What We're Looking For:
- Strongmunication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and exercise sound judgment
- Experience with Google and MS Office suites
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
- A self-starter knowledgeable about UAF who can work independently and as part of a team
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be enrolled as a UA student taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or a newly enrolled student.Position Details:
This recruitment is open to undergraduate students only. This student staff position is 20 hours/week during the academic year with opportunities for up to 40 hours/week during the summer and pays $16/hour.
