An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Preferred Qualifications Job Description Summary The University of South Alabama's CEPS Office of Student Services is seeking to hire a Credentials & Degree Analyst I. Interested candidates should apply to be considered. Essential Functions These are the job duties required of the position. Essential Functions Provides clerical support to Academic Records Supervisor, Academic Records Specialist, and Academic Advisors. Assists with processing candidacy applications and change of program forms. Assists students with completion/submission of certification forms. Assists students with conflicts during registration and add/drop of courses. Prepares graduation checklists. Acts as office receptionist; answers phones, schedules advising appointments, greets and directs visitors. Prepares routine merge letters to CEPS students and maintains CEPS student files. Regular and prompt attendance. Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required. Related duties as required.
