General Description Provide office/administrative support in the Student Aid Office personnel. Essential Job Duties Provide helpful customer service to patrons who visit or call the office. Answer a multi-line phone system, take messages and transfer calls. Perform filing and other general office support. Run campus errands when needed. Protect and maintain confidential information as mandated by FERPA. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Be self-directed and motivated. Strong interpersonal/customer service skills. Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Must be punctual and reliable. Preferred Major Licenses, Certification or Registrations None Number of Vacancies Desired Start Date Open Date 09/03/2026
