PM Summary:
Serves as support for multiple clinical processes, utilizing resources appropriately, adhering to regulatory guidelines and promoting customer satisfaction. Triages incoming phone calls from patients, family members, clinics, Baptist Health employees, and other customers and transfers to the appropriate department. Manages foot traffic such as visitors, vendors, deliveries, etc. Performs various clerical duties such as sorting mail, filing records, etc. Supports Administrator as a gatekeeper, by managing group email accounts, and other duties as assigned.
Other information:
1) High school graduate with at least 2 years computer experience. 2) Must be able to handle cross training tasks, shifting priorities to meet deadlines, and stay focused despite constant interruptions in workflow (telephone, staff, etc) This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
