Job Summary Provides front-line support to new and continuing students with admissions, records, and registration services in a high-traffic, customer-focused environment. Assists at the Welcome Desk and Enrollment Center lobby, ensuring timely service, accurate referrals, and compliance with FERPA and other applicable regulations. Works collaboratively with the team, supports administrative functions, participates in campus tours, and performs additional duties as assigned. Essential Functions 30
  • Supports Welcome Desk and Enrollment Center lobby with a strong focus on customer service, quick response times, and referrals to other related student service areas 30%.
Assists new and continuing students with admissions, records, and registration functions. Updates student records as required, following FERPA (Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act) while adhering to any other applicable laws, policies, rules, and regulations 20
  • Provides resources such as forms, maps, and other documents. Operates student ID machine, monitors queue statuses and logs welcome desk service transactions. 10%
  • Works in a team environment, attends meetings, provides support for A&R management team and may be assigned to document imaging records, or compose, edit and prepare correspondence. 5%
  • Assists with small group campus tours, including preparing materials and facilitating tours for new and prospective students 5%
  • Performs other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must have submitted a FAFSA for the academic year Must be enrolled at least 6 credit hours for the semester High School Diploma or GED One (1) or more years of experience providing customer service.
Experience utilizing online Student Center platforms to support student services at a higher education institution. One (1) or more years of experience working in student engagement/leadership, community service, volunteer work, other extracurricular activities.
