Support the 4 year academic support and advising program for

students, from pre-matriculation through graduation. Support the 4 year career counseling and advising program for
ATSU-SOMA
students, from pre-matriculation through graduation. Track and support students in need of additional academic support or other types of support to enhance their likelihood of success at
ATSU-SOMA
Counsel students needing improvement in academic or professional performance Participate in the development and delivery of DEI based support and curriculum for
ATSU-SOMA
students, faculty, and staff Support the resources developed by the Student Achievement Team including, but not limited to: ATSU SOMAGo app, SAT Website, ProgressIQ for student support and advising, Advisor Handbook, Board preparation materials. Participate in the production of the MSPE for graduating students Participate in Professional Development on campus and through national conferences as applicable to the work of the SAT Other duties as assigned by the
