Summary We are seeking an experienced Striping Foreman to join our team at Roadrunner Paving & Asphalt Maintenance. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the striping crew, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction Responsibilities Ability to stripe and assist in striping of parking lots, installing wheel stops, bollards, signs etc. Layout of new parking lot striping as well as re-stripe existing parking lots. Assistant in maintenance of all equipment and material necessary for daily striping operations. Train and mentor new crew members to enhance their skills and performance. Manage all inventory related to striping and signage crew. Preview all upcoming workload ensuring that each and every has everything need to be completed in a timely manner.
