Temporary Hourly Rate $15.15/per hour Not Eligible for Benefits This is a part-time, temporary position not eligible for benefits. Work Schedule Monday- Thursday, 8am
- 6pm, Friday, 8am
- 5pm; up to 19.

- College welcome representative: Greets students, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Data Entry & Administrative Support including input visitor information, maintains records, updates spreadsheets, and assist with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and document preparation.
General Office Maintenance & Miscellaneous Tasks:
Keeps the welcome center clean and organized. Supports welcome events, orientations, and outreach activities as needed. Performs other duties as assigned to support daily operations (i.e. assistance with programming) Minimum Qualifications A. Familiar with using SIS, QLess, ConedEx, Google suite B. Dependable, strong customer service skills C. Able to handle and organize high traffic area D. Strong multitasking skills Special Working Conditions May be required to lift or carry up to 25lbs.
