•Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that's on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule
Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on $20M+ ground-up luxury/custom home projects Excellent communication skills, ability to successfully manage teams, and high-end finishes A bit about us:
