Academy Administrator Company Overview:
Futures Training Center is the premier baseball and softball training facility on the west coast. For athletes ranging from amateur to professional players, we utilize data and technology to inform training decisions and build development programs for their strength, speed, hitting, pitching, and defensive needs. We focus on creating a world class training experience for the players that trust us with their development by building meaningful relationships and utilizing tech and data at a professional level.
Role Overview:
The Academy Administrator helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining organized records, supporting participant accountability processes, coordinating communications, and assisting with program events and activities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. This position operates in a dynamic athletic training environment and requires professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, communication, and operational support for the Academy program under the direction of the Director of Academy Assistant and support athletes Answer athlete questions and provide guidance Direct athletes to the appropriate resources Manage behavior and enforce policies Communicate with academy leadership regarding student concerns
Experience:
Experience working with students in a mentorship capacity (preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's degree ( Recommended )
Tech Skills and Programs:
Learning management systems (LMS)

7:30am•2:30 pm
