This position provides leadership and support to After School Advisors, helps coordinate academic and enrichment activities, and ensures program activities are implemented in accordance with program requirements and district policies. The Site Lead works closely with students, staff, parents, and school administration to create a safe, engaging, and positive after-school environment that supports student learning and success. Minimum Qualifications Must pass the Paraprofessional Exam. Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support After School Advisors and program activities. Assist with program planning, organization, and implementation. Provide homework assistance and academic support to students. Maintain positive communication with students, families, staff, and administration. Ensure program policies, procedures, and safety requirements are followed. Assist with student behavior management and problem-solving. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming after-school environment.
