Fusion Academy is the school that changes everything! We are a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, where personalized education unlocks the full potential of each student. As Director of Education , you will lead the academic program at your campus. Your work will ensure academic integrity, rigor, and quality while fostering campus culture!
Please note:
Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.
What You'll Do:
Lead with heart — bring in great teachers, train them, and fuel their professional growth. Use assessment data to drive student outcomes and continuous improvement. Partner with staff to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging campus culture.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (required) — preferably in education or a related field — advanced degrees are a plus! 3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred. Skilled in coaching, developing, and inspiring teachers. Passion around personalized learning and student growth.
