What You'll Do:
Lead with heart — bring in great teachers, train them, and fuel their professional growth. Use assessment data to drive student outcomes and continuous improvement. Partner with staff to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging campus culture.

Bachelor's degree (required) — preferably in education or a related field — advanced degrees are a plus! 3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred.
