Job Description
Job Summary Provides leadership and support to strengthen a safe, inclusive, and engaging school experience for all students at Mira Costa High School. Partners with the District Student Services TOSA, students, and staff to strengthen student voice and belonging, support Interrupting Bias and Climate of Care efforts, facilitate learning and dialogue, and use student experience and other data to inform continuous improvement and promote a school environment where all students feel safe, respected, connected, and valued.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Master's Degree in education or related field preferred
- Valid California Secondary/Single Subject Teaching Credential and English Learner Authorization.
- Valid CA Drivers license is required.
