An Elementary and Secondary School Administrator supervises teachers, counselors, librarians and other school staff, manages a school budget and finances, provides instructional leadership and monitors progress toward local, state and federal educational standards. Directs student discipline and works with parents and community partners. May work in other school district administrative or professional positions such as school district superintendent.

Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Instructing young children, preschool to elementary school ages
- Grading student work
- Cleaning center
- Light administrative duties Job requirements include:
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Must be able to work Mondays from 3:00-6:30, Tuesdays from 3:30 to 6:00 and Thursdays from 3:00 pm
- 6:30 pm. Must be somewhat flexible as hours may change slightly as needed. Additional days may be offered in the future.
- Must have own transportation or the ability to get to and from the center on a timely basis
- Must be reliable
- Must be a team player
- Must be proactive, positive and enthusiastic
- Must be proficient in intermediate math and reading. Advanced math and reading skills are preferred.
- Must be flexible and be willing to switch between duties within any given center day as necessary Retirees, part time college students, and high achieving high school students are encouraged to apply.
