Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Director & Floater to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in school management and administrative duties Such as scheduling, Word/Google Docs/Canva knowledge, and positive parent communications as well as Title 22. The Assistant Director will support the Director in administrative and staffing duties. This is a dual role with the morning portion covering teacher breaks and being in the classroom and the afternoon devoted to administrative tasks. This position must possess prior experience in administration, particularly in an infant / toddler / preschool program as well as prior experience with title 22 requirements. Experience Minimum 12 ECE units including Supervision & Administration units Infant/Toddler Units CPR First/Aid Previous experience a school Admin setting Leadership skills and communication skills Familiarity with strategic planning processes within an educational context is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students.
