In this role, you will support event operations, assist guests, help with setup and breakdown, and ensure that events run smoothly from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and contributing to exceptional event experiences. Duties Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, equipment, and other event materials. Welcome and assist guests, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout the event. Help with registration, ticketing, check-in, guest lists, and directing attendees to appropriate areas. Support event coordinators and management with day-of-event operations and special assignments. Monitor event areas to help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment. Assist with crowd management and communicate any guest concerns or event issues to supervisors. Help coordinate vendors, performers, speakers, caterers, and other event partners as directed. Assist with distributing promotional materials, programs, merchandise, or event information. Support event breakdown and cleanup, including packing supplies, removing signage, and returning equipment. Follow all event policies, safety procedures, and instructions provided by event management. Remain flexible and professional when handling changing schedules, unexpected situations, or last-minute event needs. Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and willing to take direction. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during events. Ability to lift and move event materials and equipment as required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, customer service, entertainment, or similar roles is a plus. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
