Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ESL school campus in Rowland Heights. The ideal candidate has strong administrative and communication skills, enjoys working with international students, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced educational environment. Experience in an ESL school, international education, admissions, or student services is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage daily campus and office operations Handle student admissions, enrollment, and student records Coordinate staff schedules and daily administrative responsibilities Provide support to international students Assist students with general school policies, procedures, and academic-related questions Provide excellent customer service and student counseling Communicate with prospective students and assist with enrollment inquiries Support student recruitment, marketing, and community outreach activities Coordinate with teachers, administrative staff, and school management Maintain accurate student and administrative records Assist with general office duties, including data entry, filing, document preparation, email, and phone communication Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming campus environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Previous experience in school administration, ESL education, admissions, student services, or international education preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with students from diverse international backgrounds Basic computer and office software skills Experience with marketing, student recruitment, or sales is a plus Experience working with F-1 international students, SEVIS, or I-20 procedures is a strong plus Korean and English bilingual ability preferred This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining school administration, student services, admissions, and campus management .
