Reporting to the Administrative Specialist III of Basic Needs Resources On a temporary basis provides general clerical, secretarial, and administrative support assistance to various campus divisions, departments, and programs. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Application Procedure Complete application packets will be accepted until the position is filled; however, applications submitted by 11:59 p.m. (PST) on the listed Close Date are assured consideration. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain office supply inventory; Create a welcoming environment at BNR center; Update and maintain spreadsheets, and records; Assist in organizing program events and team-building activities; Assist with student walk-ins and provide information on the services BNR provides; Check in students to their appointments with Student Navigators, Case Manager, or other identified staff. Duties include responsibility for more complex functions and tasks. This level requires minimal direct supervision.
