GENERAL SUMMARY
Assistant serves in two main areas: commercial services support and branch support. Performs various clerical duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECATIONS
Supports the commercial services area with customer service, correspondence, phone calls, and miscellaneous duties. Assists with sales and service of products. Performs administrative activities to include support, documentation, customer calls, faxes, transfers, mail, etc. Performs other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of bank operations, especially treasury management services. Knowledge of Word, spreadsheet, and database software. Skills in problem solving and decision-making. Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers. Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to create an organized and efficient work environment. Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking. Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred.
