Job Description

Family Christian Center School in Clermont, Florida, is seeking a qualified Elementary Assistant Principal to support the leadership and daily operations of the elementary division. FCCS is a Pre-K through 12th-grade accredited Christian school. Its mission is to develop students in mind, body, and spirit to honor God through excellence in academics, athletics, and biblical integration in a safe and caring environment. A summary of duties includes supporting the Elementary Principal in overseeing daily school operations, student behavior and discipline, parent communication and meetings, teacher mentorship and instructional coaching, curriculum implementation, and lesson planning support. The ideal candidate will help foster a nurturing learning environment conducive to the academic, spiritual, social, and physical growth of students while supporting teachers in maintaining high educational standards throughout the school year. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, professionalism, excellent communication, and a heart for Christian education.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Education preferred Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience preferred Experience with student behavior management and discipline Experience conducting parent meetings and maintaining positive school-home communication Experience with teacher mentorship, coaching, and instructional support Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning Strong organizational and leadership skills Commitment to Christian education and biblical integration
