Now Hiring:
Student Coordinator - OSM Aviation Academy (Fort Lauderdale, FL) OSM Aviation Academy is a professional, fast-growing flight training organization dedicated to providing high-quality pilot education and exceptional service to our students. We operate every day of the year, including holidays, to support our busy training environment, and we are now looking for a full-time Student coordinator to join our team. Position Overview This role will support our students throughout their experience at OSM, with a strong focus on onboarding, visas and documentation, housing, uniforms, student supplies, and day-to-day student needs and concerns. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple responsibilities, and is comfortable supporting a large and growing international student community. This is not a pilot position . We are specifically looking for someone interested in a long-term, full-time role within our school.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate student onboarding and arrivals Assist with visas, I-20s, and student documentation Coordinate student housing and move-ins/move-outs Manage uniforms and student supplies Serve as a main point of contact for student questions and concerns Maintain accurate student records and onboarding information Coordinate with Training, Front Desk, Finance, and Management Support student activities and day-to-day student needs
Requirements:
Experience in student services, customer service, or a similar role Aviation or flight-school experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Long-term commitment preferred
