Job Description

The Student Services Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing student support services, including academic advising, career counseling, student engagement programs, and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about student success, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
On Site Position:
3075 W Oakland Park Blvd, Oakland Park, FL 33311
Schedule:
M-Th 830a-6pm, Friday 9am-1pm Representative Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking academic and personal support. Develop and coordinate student engagement programs, workshops, and events. Provide guidance on academic resources, career services, and student life activities. Assist students with course selection, academic planning, and career development. Offer support for students facing academic or personal challenges. Connect students with relevant campus and community resources. Work closely with faculty, staff, and student organizations to enhance student experiences. Build relationships with community organizations to provide additional support and opportunities. Promote diversity, inclusion, and student advocacy efforts.
Education & Experience:
1+ year of experience in student services, academic advising, or a similar role.
Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be bilingual-English- Spanish. Ability to work with diverse student populations. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in
