Job Description
  • Lead field operations for drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling teams
  • Conduct manpower planning, workforce scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Recruit, interview, mentor, and develop field personnel
  • Partner with project teams to ensure staffing aligns with project demands

Offer Salary Range:
Up to $150,000 + Bonus
