August 10, 2026 About CES Academy CES Academy is a private, Christian K-12 school dedicated to providing a Christ-centered environment that fosters academic excellence and spiritual growth. We are currently seeking a reliable and caring After School Care Assistant to assist the After School Coordinator with supervising students after regular school hours until they are picked up by parents or guardians. Position Overview The After School Care Assistant is responsible for overseeing and engaging with students in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment during after-school hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to maintaining a positive, organized, and calm atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of students during after-school hours Maintain a secure and orderly environment until students are picked up Engage students with quiet games, activities, or reading Monitor attendance and coordinate student check-out with parents/guardians Communicate with school staff and parents as needed Maintain a clean and organized after-care space Enforce school policies and behavior expectations in a respectful, caring manner Qualifications Previous experience working with children required High school diploma or equivalent required Reliable, punctual, and responsible Kind, patient, and attentive to student needs Ability to manage small groups and maintain a calm atmosphere Must pass a Level II background screening CPR/First Aid certification required Why Work at CES Academy?
