This nurturing assistant will help the lead teachers with classroom and playground management and engaging students in homework and play. This assistant will have a commitment to the School's mission. It is expected that each person contributes to a positive culture by building collaborative, collegial, and respectful relationships with colleagues and overtly supporting fellow teachers and administrators.
Requirements:
Required Credentials needed for licensing regulations (may complete when hired) Skills in early childhood pedagogy, childhood development, and instructional strategies Excellent oral communication skills Commitment to professionalism Proficient in technology Hours are 3:00 - 5:30 on days when school is in session.
