Up to 29 The CROP Retention Specilist's role is to provide various services to retain students in the program: Motivating students to pursue a postsecondary education Enhancing students' basic learning skills and performance Strengthening students' and parents understanding of the benefits of a postsecondary education Fostering academic, personal and career development through supplemental instruction. The benefit to SPC is to improve community outreach by providing students with valuable knowledge to assist them with the skills necessary for college. Job Tasks Information Workshops Complete various paperwork for CROP Program Participate in various field trips with students Tutoring/ Mentor/ Counsel/ Meet CROP Students Correspondence to emails and telephone calls
